      Your call center agents and supervisors are very ill trained and behave as dumb. I asked to cancel a couple of services on my phone, they told me that the services are cancelled, but did not cancel and charged me again. when i raised it, they just adjusted a part of the charges and worst thing is, I was charged again next month for these services. they refuse to listen and understand. again, only a part of the charges were adjusted. I have made 10 -15 calls and have sent 5-6 mails to you but reply is same, we have adjusted the amount. but they simply refuse to even listen that only a part of amount is adjusted. there is more amount which needs to be adjusted. they do not read the mail completely. on phone they behave that they are dumb and misguide. They are confused and keep on repeating that we have adjusted. they do not even read the comments on the case.please make some sensible person to talk to me. IF YOU CANNOT RESOLVE MY CONCERN, CONSIDER I GIVE YOU THAT MONEY IN CHARITY TO TRAIN YOUR STAFF. my number is 9810450452

      I have been using airtel mobile service for past 6 years. And i am very much fed up with their services, they keep on cutting off the connections regularly telling us to resubmit the documents. I have already submitted the documents upto 15 to 20 times, again they have barred outgoing calls and are asking to submit the documents. If you guys want you can send one representative to the address and check for yourself. no is --9901909729 I hope you guys will solve my problem quickly.
